VW Solex 30, 31 and 34 Pict Carb Refurb Service. Offered is a refurb service for VW Solex 30, 31 and 34 pict carbs such as 31 pict 3 and 4 and 34 pict 3 and 4 etc.

Service includes install of new brass throttle shaft bushes intended to cure the common problem of air inleakage where the original plastic bushes wear, if any movement in the shaft can be felt there is air getting in there. Service also includes full strip, hot ultrasonic clean and rebuild with new seals gaskets and diaphragms. Please contact me with any questions or requests for other carbs, they may be possible. Final 5 photos show strip, ultrasonic clean and rebuild. Please note, it's not possible to change the throttle shaft bushes on all Solex carbs.

Certain models such as 30 pict 2, H30/31 and those which have already been replaced are generally not possible, please contact me for further info or confirmation on this if required. Any other questions, please ask.
