These are a brand new pair of genuine Weber 45 DCOE 152 G carburettors, part number 1960006200, supplied as boxed from the factory. The'G' is for German. The 4 progression hole type were first used by German tuning specialists & have since been popular with other 16v applications when the fuel needs to be brought in earlier under initial acceleration.

The air horn (rampipe) fitted length is 60mm & the settings are as follows. Vents 4.5, Mains 145, Airs 155, Idles 55F8, Pumps 45, B/Bleed 40, Em. A technical information diagram is included free of charge. They are 4 progression hole type & the settings very good as starting points for 16v engines such as fitted in Vauxhall (redtop), Golf MK2 & 3.

They are also suitable for 8v engines when richer idle progression fueling is required using weaker idle jets. A balance bar lever part number 45048.005 for the right hand carburettor is available in the shop. The carburettors come with a 90 degree fuel unions. The white air bleed screws caps are fitted which are not supplied by the factory.
